A Data Skills Day of Two Halves

Join us for an inspiring day of learning, reflection, and celebration bringing together students, alumni, academics, and industry professionals to explore the power of data skills in education, research, and employment.

This year’s Data4All includes two connected events:
- Part 1: E-Portfolios & Employability – Showcasing Your Skills for the Future
- Part 2: Q-Step 2025: Celebrating 12 Years and 380 Data Fellows

Whether you’re a student building your data portfolio, an academic exploring experiential learning, or an employer interested in data-driven collaboration, this is the event for you.

Event Details

Please note: The morning workshop (11:00–12:30) will take place in the Arthur Lewis Building (ALB), Room 30/31, before the main event continues in the Samuel Alexander Building.

Learn how to build your e-portfolio, highlight your data skills, and create a professional profile that reflects your academic and practical experience.

💻📊 Note: Please bring your own laptop (preferably charged), as this will be a hands-on workshop.

Please note that the sessions are independent, so we don’t expect everyone registered for the event to attend the 11:00 workshop unless they feel it would be beneficial and would like to learn more about using GitHub for e-portfolios.
